Chapel by the Sea offers you opportunity to get your flu shot and/or your pneumonia shot on Friday, October 31st, 9 am to 11 am in Silver Hall. The Flu shots will be $30 and Pneumonia vaccines will be $40. If you have Medicare, bring your card and the cost will be submitted for you by the Visiting Nurse Association. Please get vaccinated. It may save your life this Flu season!
